Which category of staff are entitled to skills development and training?
All staff members employed by the Council on a full-time basis, Section 57 employees and Councillors are entitled to skills development and training.
What kind of training is offered by the Municipality?
All training that will assist employees to meet their competencies and be employable as stated in the National Skills Development Strategy 2010. We are complying with the National Skills Development Strategy and the Skills Development Act.
